Hoe schrijft u overtuigende e-mails?

Waarom reageert ú niet op e-mails? Omdat u niet graag leest, of omdat u niet meteen begrijpt wat er staat. Omdat u niet inziet hoe u er beter van wordt, of omdat u niet weet wat de afzender van u verwacht.
Neem dus die hordes voor uw lezer weg wanneer u zelf een e-mail schrijft.

De beste aanspreking in een brief of e-mail is gewoon 'Dag', met meneer [x] of de voornaam erachteraan. Want zo zegt u het ook. En dat is toch beleefd? Of probeer het eens ... zonder aanhef.
